Refund Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026.

What this covers

This policy covers the digital subscriptions sold by Magna Worldwide, Inc. through Stripe: Magna Academy all-access ($5 per week, with an optional $0.99 trial week), Magna Bureau Premium and Premium+, and Denglish Pro. It also covers solution development work for business clients (audits, builds and partner engagements), which is scoped in a one-page written proposal: the sections on custom builds and audits below state how deposits, milestones and refunds work there.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel any subscription at any time, from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Refunds

Subscription charges pay for the period that has already started, so we do not refund partial periods, and the $0.99 trial week is not refundable once it has started. Cancel before your next weekly charge and you will not be charged again.

We always refund in full, without argument, when: you were charged by mistake or charged twice; a technical failure on our side kept you out of the service you paid for; or the law requires a refund. Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will put it right.

Custom builds and audits

Solution development work (transformation audits, workflow sprints, operating partner engagements) runs on a one-page written proposal with one fixed price, agreed before work starts. The proposal states the deposit, the milestones, and what each milestone delivers. Nothing is charged before you accept it.

If we cannot run an audit as scoped, for example because an access we need is missing, we say so before charging anything further, and any amount paid for work not performed is refunded.

Deposits and milestones

A deposit reserves the start of the work and is applied to the first milestone. Amounts paid for milestones that have not started are refundable in full at any time. For a milestone in progress, you pay for the work delivered up to the stop point and no more; anything paid beyond that is refunded. A milestone that has been completed and delivered is not refundable, because the work has been delivered and ownership has transferred under the Terms of Service.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe usually completes them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
