How we protect client data

Magna Worldwide builds and runs client systems on reputable cloud infrastructure. Access to client material is limited to the people doing the work. This page states how we handle your tools, your credentials and your data, including the data-processing statement for client systems (it lives here rather than on a separate page).

Scoped access

Your tools stay on your own accounts. We connect with access scoped to what your system needs, and no more. You can review and revoke that access from your own accounts at any time.

Credential handling

Credentials and keys are handled through secure storage. They are never shared in plain text, never pasted into documents or messages, and never reused across clients.

Data processing

When we build or run a system for you, we process the data that flows through it only to operate that system, on your instructions. Your data remains yours: we do not sell it, we do not mine it, and we do not use it to train models for other clients.

Backups

Our systems and deliverables are backed up to encrypted off-site storage, so a hardware or platform failure does not lose your work.

When an engagement ends

On request, we hand over a full export of your system, your data and your documentation, and we delete our copies of your client data. Any access we hold to your accounts should be revoked by you at the end of the engagement; we confirm the deletion in writing.
