The process
Enter the process.
You don’t need to know what technology you need. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish, in plain words. We’ll work out the rest.
Every submission is reviewed by a manager, who gets back to you personally. If the problem is real, it enters the process. Built on Observe, Identify, Calculate, Build.
Questions
Asked before you ask.
After onboarding. You describe your problem, we define the solution, the add-ons, the hours of work and the timeline. Then you receive one fixed price in your proposal. Custom system prices are never published on this site.
You do. The system, the code and the documentation are yours, outright. No rented licenses, no hostages.
The ones you already use. We connect the tools you already use (30 integrations in our catalog, 20 of them priced in the cost guide), and anything with an API, or even without one, can be wired in. We configure before we build and integrate before we rebuild.
Never without your approval. Every step that contacts a person carries an approval gate: drafts are prepared, a human approves, then they go out.
It depends on the system. Hours of work and timeline are part of your proposal, agreed before we start. Faster delivery is available and priced explicitly.
Subscriptions and usage costs from your own vendors: paid API tiers, messaging fees, AI usage on your own keys. They pass through at vendor cost, itemized in your proposal. We never mark them up.
Something isn’t working the way it should?
Pay for the solution. Not for the overhead. We use what’s already proven first: configure before we build, integrate before we rebuild.
