What this covers

This policy covers the digital subscriptions sold by Magna Worldwide, Inc. through Stripe: Magna Academy all-access ($5 per week, with an optional $0.99 trial week), Magna Bureau Premium and Premium+, and Denglish Pro. Solution development work for business clients is governed by the written proposal for that work, not by this page.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel any subscription at any time, from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Refunds

Subscription charges pay for the period that has already started, so we do not refund partial periods, and the $0.99 trial week is not refundable once it has started. Cancel before your next weekly charge and you will not be charged again.

We always refund in full, without argument, when: you were charged by mistake or charged twice; a technical failure on our side kept you out of the service you paid for; or the law requires a refund. Contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will put it right.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe usually completes them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
